Abstract

Registered participants may submit their abstracts.
The EMYO board will review all submitted abstracts.
The format should be a Word document with a maximum of 3500 characters.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please carefully follow the instructions before submitting the abstract.

  • To submit an abstract, you must be registered at the event. You can do it here.
  • Submissions incomplete or not compliant with the instructions will be refused.
  • The uploaded abstract will be accessible in your personal area until the final submission deadline.
  • The submission is only possible on-line. Abstracts submitted by e-mail, fax or post will not be accepted.
    • Each Presenter can present only ONE abstract.

TIMELINE

Abstract submission is open to all participants and will close on FEBRUARY 25th.

ABSTRACTS SELECTION

The Jury (elected by EMYO Board) will select 25 posters.

THE BEST 5 ABSTRACTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY OF 5 MINUTES ORAL PRESENTATION DURING THE FREE PAPER SECTION PLANNED.

All other abstracts will be displayed during the congress, in the coffee break and lunch area.

POSTERS PRINTING

The poster printing must be managed directly by the author(s). Panels will be available on site to display your posters. Maximum size for the posters: high 150cm and width 120cm.
